The collecting thing is getting more and more fun, does that mean I'm hooked?
Or maybe you're lost, the day you buy that second or third knife you don't really need, but it looks so good..
The last few months I've been looking for older Puma's, original Weidmansheil and Hubertus and such online.
This means that I'm not buying blades to EDC anymore.
Anyway, here's a new addition: Puma Medici - markings say it's from July 1972.
The action is smooth and there's a good snap at both ends. There's some corrosion on both the steel and brass, but most of it went away with a balistol wipe.
It has a pouch which seems to be original, because the knife is very snug in there, but no markings on the leather.
The edge was very dull, but I read somewhere that it's more of a knife to look at than to use.
I'll probably won't wear it often, because it's a stiletto style and city ordinance is pretty strict in my neighbourhood.
Extra picture with the Weidmannsheil, as some of you really liked it.
