I bought a couple of each of these a while back, some with wood handles and some with plastic handles. They all have the rockwell "proof" mark in the blade and i have been well satisfied with edge retention and ease of sharpening. I dont know of any other quality knives this small, but i would like to know what steel puma used in these knives as i always want to know when i purchase one but these are only listed as stainless. I found an auction claiming them to be 440A but i seldom believe what sellers put in their listings unless i can find some other claim to back it up. Does anyone here know?
