Puma Stockman

I got a Puma Stockman with Buffalo horn #P480675BH 102RC on the blade and the box has a green end with 48 0675 on it.

The main blade does not have the Rockwell tested dimple on it why?

Is it a counterfit knife?

The knife seems to have better fit and finish that the other Puma stockmans I have.

I'm sure a Puma collector will pipe in here with some good info, but the serial # will tell how old the knife is. Why it's not Rockwell marked, ???
