PUMA White Hunter steel type question (yes, another one)

I ran across a White Hunter that I have not seen before and I find a bit curious. It is a 6375 which denotes stainless, but the blade is not labeled. In my limited experience it usually says STAINLESS. Has anyone seen this before?
Thanks,

The 116375 is the model number indicating it's a White Hunter. When I was a Puma dealer that was the stock number I used to order them.

If I am correct, the 6375 was introduced in either the late 70's or the 80's as the White Hunter with New Stainless Super Keen Cutting Steel. It was made concurrently for a few years with the 6377 White Hunter which still had the Pumaster steel, which was eventually phased out. From 1966 to 1979 Puma added the 6399 which had wood handles, which never saw the stainless steel.

The 6384, 6377, and 6399 all had Pumaster steel. And I thought the 6375 always had stainless as this was the only difference between it and the 6377.

This is just the first 6375 i have ever seen that was not etched with the word "STAINLESS". Not sure if this knife is marked incorrectly, or if it actually has carbon steel.
