Pumped for the New Muk

Well I'm definitely a bit slow, as far as this board is concerned, but I finally ordered a Muk (...will I get some sort of confirmation?) a minute ago.

I'm pretty pumped, it'll be coming in Blue and Black g10 goodness. With the wait about 8-12 weeks and seeing as I'll be getting married on May 21st, it should make a pretty good wedding gift to myself!

So whose pumped for this Knife? Any W&SS guys excited for this knife? I figured they'd be all over it.

I'm of course pumped to get mine. My email from Amy said 9-13 weeks though. Of course I could be so far back in line it will take an extra week to get to my knife....;)
 
Congrats on your wedding!!! cut the cake with that bad boy and send some pics! :)

So what's everyone's intended purpose for the Muk? I'm looking to keep it as a camp knife, but more so for cleaning game than anything else.
 
thats a good enough photoshop. i like the blue / black a lot.
 
Nice photoshop job. Can you do a black paper micarta version? Haha. I am very excited as well. Just got my email from Amy.

Yes sir, I'll definitely mock one up as soon as I can get it right...I tried to earlier but it looks pretty bad...I'm not that much of an artist though.
 
I am super excited. Gonna be a super useful thickness, blade design, and most importantly a great edge!!!!!!
 
We need more MUK foh-tohz. Something. Anything. Just Amy hacking up a pile of emails or something. I don't care - I WANNA SEE MORE MUK!!!!

Oooh... baby blue & black my favorite. That would go very nicely with this.
