I don't think you need to worry about anyone harshing on you for being a noob...head on over to the Manufacturers subforums. There you'll find the RAT subforum. At the top of the threads list will be a sticky entitled "Taking the RAT Pack to the next level!" click on the first page and follow the directions. It's pretty simple, really.

Cmon, they changed that months ago. It's much easier now, an RC 3. You've got to keep up with the times.

I think all you have to do is produce a picture with yourself holding a newspaper dated the same day as the receipt accompanying your well used RAT knife. Or something like that.
