It's been a number of years since I've owned Sebenza Regulars and am thinking of getting back into them......so we've got the Zaan, the "21", and up and comming "25".

My needs are mostly for slicing, I won't need much heavy cutting (abuse). I see the blade thickness on the Zaan and the 25 are .140" while the 21 is .125". I see it as the Zaan and 25 are meant for more robust work.
All of these knives have appeal, which to get?:)

Would you say the 21 is a better slicer?
I'm leaning to a small 21, clip or Insingo blade.???

Go with your instincts. Small 21. And whichever blade pleases your eye. I like slab handles, but others prefer inlays. You won't make a mistake.

The Small Insingo is a perfect knife for your pocket IMO. Its a solid little piece thats so well made it'll make you smile every time you get to use it. Nice little slicer, but still feels sturdy
