It's not a traditional like you were probably thinking either but vintage stock of a modern folder. My favorite blade shape as well tanto. The lanyard clip on the ends seems like it would get in the way but overall isn't a huge concern. I like the fact it's a decent size knife too.

I won this knife impulse bidding on a online auction site for $13.95 shipped. I am kind of skeptical as well. I think toward the end I was just bidding up the price before I realize I won it.

I'll make a update about this knife after I review it in the appropriate section ( though I don't know where that is) .

I have high hopes for it based on what I hear about rough rider mainly their traditional. I plan to EDC it.

I was using a Mtech knife for work which worked out well. Did the cutting tasks I needed
and when someone else would need it I might let them use it. And I purchased that knife with the intention of using a cheap knife for work after seeing someone else use a Mtech. Well it didn't last two weeks on the job before I lost it or it walked off. I was really glad my plan worked out. I was about to start EDCing a safe queen.

Let us know how it works out for you. I have only one RR, the tiny folder. Surprisingly good quality so far. Just ordered an Mtech smaller OTF to try out. Their warranty seemed good as well as the Youtube vid I saw so we'll see.
