Purchasing a 2yr membership for someone else

I would prefer to pay via CC, but I can write a check or even Paypal if it would make it easier.

That doesn't help. I am specifically asking if I can purchase a 2yr membership rather then a one year.

Sure, you can do it through paypal or whatever. You can even call it in. If you choose to do the 1SKS system, simply change the quantity to 2 and make sure you note that you want a 2 year membership for that person.
