purple spacer stock?

hey guys who the hay has man made purple spacer stock?
I have a lady that want's purple :o
I can find and seem to have everything else ,,,TX
 
Go to the party store and fine purple plastic plates. Cut them up and you can even stack and epoxy them....works perfect...
 
just make it dan
like home made mycarta
pick out a nice shade of purple for yourself we all know its not for some lady :foot: we would like you just the same if you start carring a purple knife:D

:D your'e right Butch almost :D but it's for her hubby though :D
maybe I should tone it down for him some:) he doesn't know what he's getting from her yet..

Corian? The solid surface counter top material, maybe they make a purple.
 
Dan I have a real choice piece of sugarite that has a nice purple color. It measures 1.5 X 1.5 and 2 inches long if this will help send me an email or PM with an address.

i would opt for the purple heart,i've used that before with favourable results,sorry about the poor pic.

Jim, what is Sugarite? I'm guessing that it's in stone form, judging from the saw marks. Beautiful stuff. Dan, I have some Purple Heart Wood that's almost this color, but this sugarite stuff is sure nice!
 
I have some of that re-constituted. At least that's what I think it is. Got it a few years back, and just started making a blade with it. Looked, and couldn't find it again to get the name.
