Posted this knife in the B.L. forum because I never heard of Edgemaster knives. Turns out they were part of the Schrade family. I bought the lot thinking this might be a Schrade Safety Pushbutton knife and was slightly dissappointed when I saw it was an Edgemaster but still thought it was a collectable knife. It dates back to at least 1958 possibly 1956 according to B.L. when they stopped making them because of the federal switchblade ban.
Of course you guys probably know all this but it's amazing to me that there is yet another name associated with the Imperial Schrade Family.
