Cold Steel has a lot of low priced offerings. You should go with them. In my opinion, you don't need to splurge on push daggers, since they're only meant for one thing and one thing only.

Check out the Brous Blades Silent Soldier series. Reasonably priced for a mid-tech knife and they can be gripped in a number of ways as a utility blade in addition to being gripped in a push-dagger style.
