I've got a CS Safe Maker II (which I love) and was thinkig about attaching it to a new Maxpedition Kodiak gearslinger I'm buying soon for self defense in a bad situation.

I was wondering if push daggers are illegal to actually EDC or Have some stigma associated with them since they're push daggers?

The blade is only like 2.5 I think, so I don't know if I just go off the blade size regardless if it's a push dagger or not?

I'm in Ohio btw.

I think that most states classify daggers as illegal. While you might be able to argue that a normal dagger could be used as a regular knife, you probably won't be able to about a push dagger.

I'm going to say that it probably is illegal to carry.

And why do they classify them as illegal?

I mean protection against threats is protection.

And it's not like push daggers are 10" blades.

Most are very small and concealable very easy.

Why? It's because they are intended to be weapons.

"They" don't ever consider defense as a use for a weapon, "they" only think that criminals will swarm the streets carrying multiple concealed daggers each and slaughter the innocent populace.
