Here's one from my collection that was made by a friend of mine, Kelly Carlson from new Hampshire.... The sheath for
this piece is very cool..

Here's a Prototype that was made for a movie called 'Death Wing' by my friend Jody Samson in 1983 when he was still working in John Nelson Cooper's shop.....

Come on where is Josh Smith? the piece he had at his show this summer was one of the nicest examples i have ever seen.

You know, I'll put in a maker request too.. Larry Fuegen.. I saw one of his at AKI in 2003 that I still remember.. Best, Rich

I don't own either of these but thaught I'd post anyway.

Both by Josh Smith. The first one is the one from this summer which Eric mentioned.

First one from Gary Wheeler in 08, the year before he got his JS stamp. He is generous with his time & knowledge and is a no BS guy.

Second is by the infamous "unknown". It's the only knife I have by an unknown maker. Was acquiring a fighter from a purveyor and spotted it. The initials BG are tiny and etched on the bottom of the ricasso. Lots of file work and nice details, fun knife for the collection.

This is the only push knife I've made, but I would make another if asked! Damascus, bronze, and flame koa.

I've never made a push dagger before, but I was working on this one when the thread started, and it's finally done. The new owner who commissioned the piece still has not seen it, but (you know who you are), I hope you like it.

Blade is laminated steel, handle is faceted and polished blackwood with stainless pins.

Dang. What a beautiful dagger. I am a sucker for facets on a handle, and BOY, does this deliver.

And a maker who takes as good or better quality shots than a 'pro'. You're making me cry. Absolutely wonderful usage of lighting.
