anyone out there,LEO's or law based individuals who can tell me if *single*edged push knives,such as cold steel's safekeeper III,or urban pal,are legal to carry here in the Houston area.i have looked up all the statutes i can find and i know double edge anything is illegal,but can find nothing on these little jewels.so any and all info would be MUCH appreciated.thanks in advance.
