Benchmade makes a model with nothing but tang It's chisel ground, and double edged I think.

Cuchilleria Joker makes single edge models with guthooks, several handle materials available. See page 15 of their catalogue. They are not expensive, and generally Joker knives have good fit and finish. Joker has some distribution through US based online retailers like Cutlery to Go and World Knives IIRC.

That's from the top of my head. I'm not that familiar with custom stuff, especially of this type.

If you really want a chisel ground tanto style push dagger, you could always commission a custom maker to do it for you.

I'm pretty sure the MercWorx Seraphym has a visible full tang.
