Did a little poking around today in the yard with m'new BK-10 and got the new off, like Hoss suggested.
Family picture, with cousin Fidelis the 1217 and little brothers Covert the 14 and the yet-unnamed 17.

Carves nicely, especially for something this beefy. The factory edge was hair-cutting sharp.

Little tip prying.



No damage, of course.

Happily dirtied up.

Also used him to baton a bit of wood for a fire this evening, which went perfectly. No pics of that though. And a lick on my strops and the edge is razor-hair-jumpin'-sheeearp again. I really really like this knife, guys.
