One russian programmer in Moscow started this kind of "Putin's" blog and now it is most popular blog in Russia. At least it is my faivorite. Recently they start translating it in English regulary. Have a look.

It's not the translation, it's like he says, you have to know the internal Russian news. Funny in a way, but depressing, too.
