Putin's binocular?

Binos looks vaguely Steiner-esque but might be locally made.

Putin likes watches and have a mess of them.

Many statesmen do.

Putin has a Blancpain and they are nice (I like 'em) but they are outshined by his Breguet and Patek Phillippe
