I've had this guy for a few months now and I decided to take it down and clean it since I don't think it's been done since it was put together at the factory in January. It's seen plenty of pocket time and it started to feel a little gritty. Also haven't seen many 25 takedown/reassembly photos floating around so I took some pictures. This is my first time taking it down so if I did something wrong please don't hesitate to let me know. Thanks!
I started by taking down the 25, but leaving the screws on the lock side screwed in, especially the stop pin...didn't want to risk misalignment of the flat part and screwing everything up.

I cleaned the scales with warm soapy water and dried thoroughly. Cleaned the blade and washers as well.
Now to put it back together...

Started with the lock bar side down, and the female pivot screw in. Then I placed the lock bar side washer on, without lube because I don't think you need lube between the washers and scales. (Right?)

Then I put some small dabs of lube in the holes where it should be. Squeezed a bit too hard by the lock bar but it's ok, used it to lube up the pivot screw.

Then I slid on the blade and pressed down....

Then I put some grease on the blade where the next washer will go and spread it around...

Then I placed the washer....

And then I put the presentation side scale on, without putting any more grease on the scale side of the washer...

From there I finger tightened the screws and played around with the order I tightened them in, until I achieved the level of smoothness I felt good about.
The knife is smooth again. The motion does feel a bit "heavier" or "slower" though, but I've read that it will become "faster" once the grease gets to where it needs to be so ill be opening and closing this all day.
Like I said this was my first time breaking down a 25, so if anyone has any suggestions or advice or I did something wrong just let me know! Hopefully this helps some people too.
