Putting the Tenacious together

I took my tenacious apart and I can't get it back together. Im having a hard time getting the washers to line up. Any tips as to get it back together.

Just put one set of scales and liners together with one of the washer fitted on the female part of the pivot bolt.
Then just put the blade on, put the second washer on the blade and fit the other set of liners and scales.:):thumbup:
 
I've taken mine apart a number of times. I normally take the liner lock side and lay the on the table with the pivot piece that isn't a screw (I don't know what it is called). Then I put the large washer on then then small one. After than I put the blade on as it would if it was open. Then I put a small washer then large washer on. Once you have done that you are almost done. Make sure the blade stop is in place and then take the other side. I take off the G10 so I can line the stuff up easier. Then I put it on and tighten the pivot screw on after that I screw on the G10 on the top and then flip it over and screw everything else down.
