Puukko #2 - Gently Carved

Forged this one from an old Wiltshire file - very similar to 1095. No clay used on this one for the temper line, just judicious use of the torch. Carving and stippling might now be flavour of the month for me. This is just a gentle venture into some of these embellishment techniques - all done in a simple style. Bla, bla, bla. You keep a postin, but all I see are the same ole awesome looking knives. :)

When are you going to post a picture of an ugly knife? Surely you have to have made an ugly knife? I sure haven't seen one I don't like yet.

After seeing this, I just might need a Puukko..........the carving is wonderful.
