For my first post now that I ante'd up for a knifemaker title here I thought I would post my latest piece.

Something I have wanted to do for some time and finally got around to making it. A Mora was some of the inspiration as well as Ray Mears Bushcraft blade.

O1 steel 1/8th thick.
Overall is 8 1/4 inches
3 3/4 inches of cutting edge
SS pins and Ti lanyard tube, dark red G-10(matches pretty well to the Mora wood handle colour) finished to 320 grit
Handsanded to 400 then hit with a scotchbrite belt, back edge is left with 90 degree corners for use with a ferro rod.

Let me know what you think???

Craig

I like it. Based on the specs you've posted, I will bet that knife will be exceptional at bushcraft.
