Hey Folks,
This is one I made for a Bushcraft Knife Challenge in W&SS...

1084 Material
8 1/2" OA
3 3/4" Blade
4 3/4" Handle
3/16" Spine
Tapered tang
Handle is leather backed, hemp wrapped and epoxy soaked. Turks hean is hand made grass cordage.
Sheath is 10oz hand stitched, riveted and wax dipped.

Thanks for looking.
Rick

Hey Rick,

Is this handle making process with the epoxy soaked hemp cordage something you could walk a layman through? I'd really love to do this to the handles of my hatchet and my tomahawk, but I'm not sure where to begin...

Love both your puukko and your s-curve puukko... I have no idea which one I love more. If they ever become available I will definitely be giving you a shout.

Thanks,

JGON

Edit: Just realized this was my 500th post. Pretty sweet!

Careful now....do I detect a slight hump there back of the point?? that looks a little "nessmukish" to me. :) Very nice knife!
