I'd check out the Kellam Wolverine. It is a great knife for the money. Razor sharp and very handy.
 
The Kellam wolverine is indeed a beautiful and sharp knife. I gave mine to my father because I didn't want to trash it when around saltwater.

Like you I'm very interested in the Entrek Forester, with the materials it's made from I'm hoping that it'll be a perfect take anywhere knife.

I've spent the last couple of days Googling for reviews and not much comes up about it, hopefully someone can give some advice?
