Puukoo? wood and leather sheath tutorial?

Looking for this but for the life of me I can only find leather only tutorials. Not sure if Puukoo is the right term, looking for similar to this:

you don't see much but try scandinavian knife and sheath. Or any scandinavian country knife as a search. Norway , sweden , finland style knife.

The best source I have ever found for both knife and sheath making for Scandinavian and others is:

KNIFEMAKING
A Complete Guide to Crafting Knives, Handles, and Sheaths
by Bo Bergman

Good step by step pics for both the knife and sheath.

Its not easy to find at the library, but I have seen it as used book stores and the major book suppliers.
