i've got all the answers and the final phrase but i still haven't unscrambled "TUCGSRTAA" normally it wouldnt bother me except my friend has been trying to figure it out for hours. what is it??

It looks like it's one "a" short for Cattaraugus. Is this a "Duh" moment?

I never figured that one out either. I thought it was cattaraugus at first, but checked the spelling on one of my knives and it didn't fit
