Hey guys, so awhile back I got this little canteen stove at a surplus store and it came with these little tablets thatt I am pretty sure were called somethin like pyroflix/ pyrofix? And they worked pretty good, they burned for about ten minutes straight, and even lit when wet. I wanted to add some to the kit I am coming up with for my bk2, and I don't know much about things of this sort. Is anyone familiar with these, or know of a better option, or a natural option? Haven't been able to get any fatwood around here, so I need something long burning. Maybe somebody can point me in the right direction, orhas some I can trade for maybe? Thanks!

Ive never much cared for those solid fuel tablets (esbit makes them along with alot of others) I always thought they smelled funny when burning and left a nasty residue behind. I prefer a wetfire, fatwood or some vaseline-cotton balls-I like the Mini Infernos but find them overpriced--I am currently trying to come up with my own creation--
