Q. for Sal - Remote Release

Hi, Sal:

If I remember correctly, you carry a Delica with you while SCUBA diving. Though it seems to me like a good choice, I was wondering... Why not a Remote Release? After all, it would clip nicely to one of the D rings on the BC... BTW, where/how do you carry the Delica UW?

Another model that looks suitable for the task is the Snap-it - though, as a southpaw, I believe I might have some trouble handling it, especially under pressure (haven't had the chance yet).

As always, any comments would be greatly appreciated.

BTW, if anyone else would like to comment on the subject (Spyderco folders underwater), I'd appreciate it.

Sal hasn't been around lately, so I bet he's either out of town or too busy (maybe both), which is perfectly understandable, of course.

Leo - I generally carry an old "Scuba Probe" (smaller version) when diving. I keep it inside my right sleeve attached to my right wrist. The Delica is a "back up" that is usually in the pocket of my BC. A Snap it or Remote Release would probably work better, just haven't gotten around to getting one into my dive bag.

I like Remort Release model

if Spydee could made one Remort release Military 440v model that will be great
