Those of you who flip regularly... how do you train, on a normal day?
Do you have like a schedule of moves to make?
"First I'll do 100 finger twirls, then..." or do you just flip freestyle all the time?

freestyle all the way. I'm pretty much done learning every move, so now its just a matter of combining them and perfecting them. I tend to use a lot of thumb roll-overs, finger twirls, and throws.
 
I haven't learned every move but I've learned a decent amount. I practice when I can. Most of the time just an obsessive compulsive thing I do when I watch TV or listen to music.

What's a thumb rollover?
