QTRMaster knives

Well i was looking at bladehq and found a new company called quartermasterknives to me it looks like the same knives from mantis. Did mantis knives make another company? i haven't been able to find any details. Also they apparently invented a ball bearing system thats widely known for something lol... :rolleyes:
 
i also noticed that they show no detail on their website about where they are located, phone number, or even if they have a warranty.
