Quality Chest Rig?

Hi all. Looking for a well made and durable molle chest rig. I've tried vests and LBEs but they just don't work for my frame. They always wind up being extremely tight around my neck and the back of the harness always rides up on the back of neck. So I'm thinking a chest harness with criss cross shoulder straps may be the way for me to go. Looking for a molle one so that if I want just rifle pouches or pistol pouches or just utility pouches for a hike, I can switch it around. Not looking to spend a ton of money but I can toss $200.00 at one. Appreciate any advise. I also like the idea that they can be worn in concert with a backpack instead of like vests that often have hydration systems or butt packs on the back of them. Plus if I'm not mistaken you can wear them backwards comfortably so you can use them as a small backpack if need be. Anyway, appreciate any help here.
