I hope the QC issues some are reporting on PM2 sprint runs are resolved before they do the Orange PM2 XHP. Those should be ready soon and I'm very excited to get mine. Just hope the people grinding and assembling are not drunk or whatever has been going on out there in Colorado that some have been reporting. I notice that I never see a QC complaint from Japan or Taiwan. Probably they do a very good job of keeping the Sake and the Tsing Tao beer away from the assembly line. Out in colorado they need to keep the Coors away from the line I guess.

At the start of this thread, it's worth remembering that sprints are production knives, not something higher/better in terms of how they're made. The distinction compared to regular production is what they're made from and how many are made. :)

Hey Fat Goat,
I sure hope the "drunks" in Golden don't figure out where you work, observe you, and report all of your errors on the internet. And better yet, let's loosely use pejoratives to ridicule and denigrate those slackers. We can also generalize, create hype, and just say sensational things because others have done so. While we wait for our poorly made knives, we can post conjecture.

More specifically; I jest but the level of disrespect is high... to say the very least.

The worst QC I have seen on a Spyderco is the jimping on my ffg endura4, second place goes to my 20CP para which came with dents or flat marks in the G10. I can live with these "errors"

You realize that you are the only one reporting rampant intoxication (and on multiple forums!) happening in the Spyderco production facility in Golden? In case you were unaware, posting untrue statements that can damage a company's reputation is considered libel, and is illegal. Unless you have irrefutable, documented proof that this intoxication is going on, you may want to consider the legal and financial liability your words could cause you.

Would you like to rephrase that, laddy.

I would. Way out line here, sorry Sal I love your knives I really do. Getting ready for a hip replacement and the pain meds are not working well and I kinda lost it. Sorry to all on the forum. My Bad.

Well, never figured him for a disrespectful, tactless troll. Oh well.

But yeah, maybe this thread wasn't the best idea, even in good humor.

Everyone has problems. Best not to inflict them on others. I think this thread has had its run.
