G'day,
I have been looking for a quality lighters (or two) for a while and wonder if anyone has any comments about the Wenger WL2.
There is also an IM Corona Windproof 2 at about the same price--$60 or so.
The only lighters available here in Adelaide seem to be the Bic disposables--and they are no fun to handle, so I'll be ordering over the internet.
What do you recommend in a good gas lighter? Reliability is most important. Longevity is more than welcome. This is not a 'survival' item--more like EDC.
Thanks,
Greg

I carry a dalvey torch lighter ... only use colibri gas in it though.

I've heard good things about the Brunton Helios lighters. They are said to be storm proof and water proof. But they are pricey, about $90 around here.

I have a DuPont light that has been beat down and still works. Used it fishing in salt water, had it in my pocket while playing paintball, and I have used it while hiking. Dropped it on the ground many times, still working like a champ.
