Quality of Eight Dollar Mountain Foundry

Hey folks, does anyone know if Eight Dollar Mountain Foundry makes decent blades, they have several interesting designs at decent prices, but I wonder if they could actually be used. How's the Rockwell rating and edge holding measure up on these pieces? Is the overall quality any good?

Do a search for EDMF. My (purely hearsay) memory of the opinions of others are that these knifes are a terrific value, very sturdy but heavy and somewhat crude, and that they can take a long time from ordering to delivery. If I remember right they make a really cool Smatchet-type leaf blade.
