I am looking to purchase one of these and am just trying to figure out what exactly they offer. I see they have a "texas tea" version (not interested) and I also see a "rubbed steel" version which I am interested in. I am guessing this would be more of a stonewashed finish, but they do not have a clear picture on their site. The sites that have these knives for sale have a satin finish, but I am not sure if this is the "rubbed steel" version or just another finish. Anyone know the details?
