I got this knife as a gift a few years ago and found it in a pile of stuff I had put away, wanted to see how much I could get for it and what would be the best way to find a buyer.

Likely not much. Quarter Master was found to be lying about the country of origin. The deception left a bad taste for most knife aficionados. So there is little interest in them.
