I have a Tourist 84mm Cellidor red scales, bought NIB last month from an official dealer here.

I think the ones without key rings are manufactured before 2.009

The question is, if my Tourist don't have key ring, is supposed to be New-Old stock? Or I'm confused.

Somebody knows what years they came without key rings?

By 2010, the Tourist came with the key ring. What you have is NOS, which is simply brand new in packaging, but long retired and no longer manufactured.

I think is better to reserve a special place for the Tourist, and look for another one present produced.
