One of these BIG beauties arrived inthe mail today, WOW the Cocobolo is nice, I usually lean towards bone over wood for scales, but this stuff is something else.

PS..word from a VERY reliable source is Queen is dropping their Cocobolo line after the first of the year in favor of Bird's Eye Maple.

it's true. I think that it's a change slated for the 2006 year. I may have heard from the same source, if ir starts with "B" and ends with "ill". :D

A great big HANDSOME user.......bet it slices like a laser ! Congratulations on a real beauty !

Is that the Copperhead? I've been looking at those for quite some time.

Man, that is really nice looking. Wonder how it compares to the mini-hunter #41 as it looks similar, though the mini has a liner lock.

No, it's not the copperhead, it's a #44 folding hunter, that's 5 1/4 inches CLOSED....big ol' slicer!

Nice one. Put it to good use.

Someone (maybe you?) also said Queen is coming out with a 1095 line. Any truth to this?

I noticed the new 1095 Mountain Man SFOs on Cumberland Knife Works. They have a unique "Carbon Steel" box. It doesn't seem likely that they'd create a whole new box for just a couple of small runs.

It's my understanding that Queen is bringing out more than 1 knife in 1095, I believe a Canoe is out + the Mountian Man with more planned.
