Im thinking of getting one of these, can you guys comment on the quality, fit and finish? Ive read some threads already that question both, can anyone offer any experience?

Hi rev
The fit and finish are very good on all the Queen's I've sold in our shop BUT!!. YOU WILL have to sharpen the blade yourself. Every one that I have received has come with a bevel like a steel chisel but after much effort on (diamond stones) you'll have a knife that will cut and hold an edge. I contacted Queen about this problem but I guess not enough people complained. It's really a shame that they make such a beautiful knife with great steel and then not put a proper edge on it.
Good Luck
Ray

Fit and finish is beautiful, but you will have to reprofile and sharpen. It's quite a bit of work, due to the D2 at 60+rc. BUT once it's sharp, it performs for a long time before needing a touch-up.

I've never been satisfied with ANY factory edge, so it doesn't bother me at all... Definitely worth it.
