I need a new knife because I recently lost my S&M Harness Jack. :( I was impressed enough with the HJ (especially the 1095 blades) that I want to give Queen another try.

The QCCC English Jack looks mighty interesting. Ebony handles and 1095 blades--it looks like a winner. But does anybody here have experience with this knife? It's pretty pricey for a slippie and I don't want to get it if it's not worth it.

Yeah, I'm still a bit bummed about losing the HJ. It was the nicest slipjoint I had ever owned, by far.

The HJ I owned had the goldenroot bone. Thanks for the tip about the antique green bone one, but it just doesn't compare.

Sorry for your loss.

That's terrible! How did you lose it as it's a fair pocketful of knife?

I've been eyeing one but I wish they made it in Rootbeer, that was a very nice scale colour. The Goldenroot looks very nice too but I can't source one,all sold out it appears:grumpy:

The Queen Cutlery Classics are very big brutes it seems to me,too large for a credible EDC unless using a sheath.Fine looking knives though, esp the Ebony:thumbup:

It fell out of my dress slacks. I don't know how I lost it either, but I reached for it one moment and found it missing. I still feel sick over it.

that sucks......I recently lost a nice Winchester 1/2 whittler. I'm extremely agitated about it but I haven't given in to the thought that it is gone.
