A backspring broke on my "00 Queen doc, for no apparent reason, so I sent it to Q for repair. They kept it for about 2 mo., but did fix it at no charge. They high-polished the bolsters and blades, and I believe they replaced BOTH springs, since both blades now have a much better snap than when new. Just thought I'd let y'all know that Q will stand behind their product.
