I have an order in for a Queen knife through an online dealer. The order said it would take 2-3 weeks to ship. At the end of the second week, I called to check in on the status. The operator said they would call Queen to see what the delay was and to get a better ETA. When the operator called me back, they said Queen just changed ownership and was having difficulty getting new products out the door and that Queen couldn't provide a time frame for when the knife would be shipped.
