Lost my taste for slipjoints, but while browsing Queen's fixed blades I came across this. Here's a photo: http://www.knifeoutlet.com/shop/products/qn46.jpg

I like the handle color and texture, the rounded bolsters, the wharncliffe blade (Favorite of mine) and it looks comfortable. I've had good experiences with the blade steel but haven't ever tried Queen's heat treatment of it.

Anyone have experiences witht his knife or others from the same line?

Yep, I have the Queen/Dan Burke Winterbottom trapper (same size) and it is a great little knife. I found a small flaw in the Winterbottom scales and called Queen. Sent it in and within a few days received a brand new knife. On days I don't feel like carrying a large knife the Queen trapper is just right. Fit and finish are first rate. I can't imaging you being unhappy with the similar size Whittler.

A beautiful small knife

It is a nice knife, for sure. I had a David Taylor custom, just like it once.I had that knife for sale for a while on BF's,no one wanted to buy it & I wound up trading it out. It's a funny thing, until you try a pattern, you'll never know just how nice it can be.
The blading on the Dan Burke is like this Robeson (I think Queen made)below the Case T Bose swayback. This one is 3-1/8",and the main blade is ATS-34 Big blade is cam end & the little unique profiled pen has half stops! How is it set up on the Dan Burke/Queen ?

This one is larger,3-5/8" closed, different blades & carbon

I like the pattern for a small thn gents carry knife &can't see how the Dan Burke/Queen ,would not be a winner.Nce bone on it,too

What is a Cam end?

On the Burke, the main blade comes to a soft half stop, and the pen has a definite half stop

neeman, the tang is completely round & no half stops The knifemakers call this "cam end" (I think) & I just learned that terminology myself from Knifehead :D
