Queen Dan Burke Gentleman's Jack

I just received my Queen Dan Burke Gentleman's Jack from Bill Horn at Cumberland Knife Works. Thanks to forumites for turing me on to that place, and thanks to Bill for his usual level of service.

This is a great level of knife for me--I love custom collaborations. Since Dan Burke really likes BG42, and I really like fancy steels and traditional patterns, it is great for me. Amazing Black MOP handles, stunning bolsters, beautiful fit & finish. Waay cool.

This oughtta hold my knife jones for a couple of days... (yeah right).

A.G. Russell also has them (but higher price), if Bill is out.

I find that these are difficult to find. By the way, they also come in white MOP.

That is really a fine knife, I have come so close to buying one from A.G at $325.00 which I thought was a little high. Cumberland price is $249.00 which I would say is a good deal.

I would say that, anytime I purchase that type of knife, it is always worthwhile to check the price at Cumberland.
