I recently purchased a new Queen Canoe fixed blade in D2 after reading about it on the forum. Being a big fan of D2, I thought for the very modest price it would be worth trying one,even if the quality of the knife was below par,it would make a good "beater".
To say I was pleasantly surprised when the knife arrived would be an understatement! I am exteremly pleased with the knife and still can't believe they can sell such a quality knife for such a modest price!
While the sheath is of good quality,the belt loop being rivited to the sheath leaves some doubt in my mind of its durability....having a number of fixed blades in my collection I found a perfect match with a Gromann # 1 sheath and it now makes a great EDC.
I was curious of the Rc.# for their D2 as I am considering two other fixed blades they offer in D2.
I e-mailed Queen with this question and they have yet to reply.
