Queen Q76 Hawk bill

Hey I bought this knife off a guy who needed some cash. Its an odd single blade hawkbilled knife. Q76 stamped as blade base Queen steel #1 w on blade, nice dark wood handle with hole drilled all the way through it (this is factory done I guess for a lanyard??? Any body know anything about these knives
