queen steel vs cutlery

Are these the same company?
I have a few queen steel knives and was looking for information when I was told they are different companies, and the old queen steel is no longer.

Current production uses a variety of steels, mostly D2 I think. But the vintage knives marked Queen Steel used 440C for blades, & they did it very well.
I like to collect the Queen Steel knives when I can.
The traditionals forum is full of threads about Queen, vintage & current.

Mine are all at least 30 years old, and I assume they are all 440c.
