Just a quick question about Aldo's 1/4" AEB-L. I have a order for some massive choppers and AEB-L sounds perfect. I have heard a rumour that the the mill that makes AEB-L can't roll that thick and it comes from somewhere else. I don't really care if it does so long as it is similar to AEB-L. As we have seen in other steels the mill can make a difference. I wouldn't worry about it to much but these are big competition style cleavers with a 12"X2.5" blade going to a 6'5" body builder.
I don't want to get into issues with different sellers just if anyone has any experience or knows anything about it. It should be perfect for the task.
