Hi I'm new to the boker forum. And i have some qestions about a knife my Dad has. It's an old boker canoe that says Applachian Trail, it's in a rathe beat up box but i belive it to be the original one. following are a few pictures of the knife.

If possible i would like to know when it was made amd maybe the value.
It is a Beautiful knife and i plan to keep it that way.:)

Any information about it would be greatly appreciated

Your knife was made in 1981. There were 10,000 made. This was one of Boker's annual LTD edition knives. They sell on online auction sites for $30-$60. (depends on who is bidding against you)
You are correct. That is the original box. The handles are jigged rosewood.
I hope this helps.

I am looking for the same exact knife. My father in law hiked the Appalachian Trail and I believe it would be a great gift for him. If ANYONE knows where I could find one in any condition, please let me know. Thank you!
